Overview
We’re seeking a creative, hands-on Social, Influencer & Brand Marketing Lead to bring our brand to life across social media, influencer partnerships, and brand marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fashion content
, understands how brands grow culturally
, and loves creating, managing, and executing day-to-day marketing initiatives.
This is a highly creative role
, whereby you’ll be responsible for social media, influencer relationships, content creation, photoshoots, and brand storytelling—working closely with leadership and the broader marketing team. This role is in-person in Downtown Los Angeles
. This role is contract-to-hire, starting part-time with the potential to go full-time.
Social Media & Brand Content
- Own social media channels, including content planning, content creation, posting, community management, and performance tracking
- Develop and manage a social content calendar aligned with brand initiatives and launches
- Capture, edit, and produce photos and video content for social, web, and marketing use
- Design and produce marketing and social assets that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and voice
- Monitor analytics across campaigns, website, and CRM to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Lead influencer marketing efforts, including outreach, relationship management, and gifting
- Manage creator partnerships and seeding programs to drive awareness and engagement
- Oversee influencer platforms such as LTK, Shop My, Tik Tok Shop, and similar tools
- Track influencer performance and identify opportunities to expand reach
Brand Storytelling & Campaign Planning
- Support brand storytelling across all consumer-facing touchpoints
- Own brand campaigns end-to-end, from concepting, to planning and managing photoshoots, to editing images and creating marketing assets, to pushing campaigns live across social media and influencer channels
- Act as creative lead for how the brand comes to life in all marketing assets, including concepting and graphic design
- Plan and manage photoshoots
, including concept development, styling, shot lists, and coordination.
Brand Activations
- Manage influencer and PR events, trunk shows, pop-ups
- Support PR initiatives, brand partnerships, and outreach efforts
Secondary Tasks
- Assist with E-commerce operations such as order fulfillment, inventory management, customer outreach, and product line-sheet creation
- Assist withany other errands or ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations per business needs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand marketing (fashion preferred)
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.)
- Proficiency of influencer platforms (LTK, Shop My, Tik Tok Shop, etc.)
- Proficiency in content creation and designing marketing assets via Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
- Strong creative eye and understanding of fashion, photography, and visual storytelling
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
