As an Senior Account Manager, you ll be the strategic powerhouse orchestrating high-impact campaigns for elite brands. Dive into the heart of the action, handling everything from seamless onboarding and crystal-clear briefings to expert creator matchmaking and insightful reporting. Your hands-on expertise will not only deliver stellar results but also shape the innovative features of our platform. Reporting directly to Product Leadership, your insights from real-world workflows will fuel the evolution of a game-changing, billion-dollar ecosystem.

You re not just managing accounts—you're architecting the future of creator-brand synergy.

What You Will Do
  • End-to-End Campaign Management
  • Own Brand Relationships: Become the go-to expert for brand partners, steering expectations from the electrifying kickoff call to triumphant campaign wrap-up and renewal. Build trust, anticipate needs, and turn partnerships into long-term success stories.
  • Execution & Delivery: Transform ambitious brand visions into precision-engineered campaigns. Handpick top creators, oversee content approvals and revisions, and nail those critical go-live moments for flawless, buzz-worthy outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Keep a vigilant eye on campaign momentum in real-time. Spot potential hurdles early, pivot with agility, and deliver compelling post-campaign insights that showcase undeniable ROI and drive repeat business.
  • Product Feedback & Process Design
  • Define the Workflow: In our dynamic, innovation-driven environment, you ll craft and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and matching—laying the groundwork that will power our automated systems.
  • Collaborate with Product: Partner closely with the Head of Brands and VP of Product to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities. Your frontline experiences will inspire the smart, scalable tools that elevate our platform to new heights.
