Summary
We're seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage multiple social media accounts for entertainment productions. This client-facing role involves strategy development, campaign execution, content creation, and performance analysis across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Proposals & Strategy:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns

Content Management:

• Develop and publish content across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook)
• Manage multiple production websites concurrently
• Engage with users and respond to social media inquiries

Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect and analyze social media performance data
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry research
• Develop and present reports to clients
• Work with team members to align strategies with company goals
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of Social Media Marketing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with social media trends and current entertainment
• Active user of social media platforms (both personally and professionally)
• Interest in and knowledge of Japanese Anime/Manga
• Proficiency in Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet

• Entertainment industry experience
• Social Media advertising experience
• Japanese language skills (speaking and reading)
