We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead product assortment decisions across all channels while driving innovation, merchandising productivity, and go-to-market excellence. This leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless experiences for both representatives and consumers, while building and energizing a high-performing category team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage an 18-month rolling product innovation calendar using market trends, SKU productivity, margin targets, pricing guidelines, and portfolio simplification strategies.
  • Lead data-driven decisions on the evolution of the product portfolio by leveraging consumer insights, analytics, and product expertise.
  • Forecast and build annual sales plans, including margin oversight, inventory management, and performance tracking for both new and existing products.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including positioning, pricing, competitive strategy, copy, artwork, merchandising, and forecasting.
  • Establish clear product positioning, identify target audiences, and create marketing plans with measurable objectives across channels.
  • Drive execution of integrated marketing programs from ideation through launch, ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate campaign and merchandising performance, extracting insights to inform future strategies and recommendations.
  • Oversee channel content planning and production to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Assess brochure and campaign analytics to optimize product flow, pricing strategy, and overall page productivity.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team by fostering transparency, providing coaching, and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in product development, marketing, and/or merchandising.
  • Fluency in Korean is required to support business collaboration and communication.
  • Proven experience marketing in a digital landscape, including social media, e-commerce, analytics, and online platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in people leadership and talent development.
  • Strong experience leading within a matrixed organization and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales to develop innovative products supported by compelling storytelling and successful execution.
