Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Los Angeles Studio. The responsibilities include strategizing and implementing Tik Tok Shop campaigns, building relationships with creators, managing affiliate and partnership programs, and analyzing campaign performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with brands and creators to showcase products through engaging live shopping experiences and designing unique social commerce strategies to drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications- Must have hands on experience leading tiktok shop at an agency, brand, or internally at Tik Tok
- 3–6+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital ops, creator/affiliate programs, or agency work.
- Strong expertise in Tik Tok-related strategies, including shop management, live shopping, content creation, and platform trends
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnership collaborations, and relationship building with influencers and brands
- Proficiency in campaign performance analysis, data tracking, and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement
- Excellent project management, organization, and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with social commerce trends and strategies to innovate and drive engagement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an e-commerce or social media-focused environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong project management instincts — timelines, checklists, follow-through
- Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Strong Google Sheets skills (filters, pivots, basic analysis)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Launch and manage Tik Tok Shops end-to-end:
Seller Center, catalogs, PDPs, pricing, promos, compliance. - Maintain shop health across fulfillment, tracking, cancellations, refunds, and policy issues.
- Spot risks early and fix problems before they become client escalations.
- Build and scale affiliate programs: creator onboarding, approvals, seeding, incentives.
- Track affiliate performance and identify what’s driving real GMV.
- Coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams to keep momentum high.
- Be client-facing: run agendas, lead recaps, manage follow-ups, and keep execution tight.
- Turn performance data into clear narratives, insights, and next steps clients can actually act on.
- Build trust by being buttoned-up, proactive, and reliable.
- Write clear briefs for creative and content teams.
- Coordinate with ops, logistics, and media to ensure nothing breaks downstream.
- Create and improve SOPs, templates, and playbooks as you go.
- Leave systems cleaner, faster, and more scalable than you found them.
- Are a high-agency operator who takes ownership without being asked.
- Are comfortable being the first hire and founding member in a function and building it from scratch.
- Like being close to clients and accountable for outcomes.
- Are organized, decisive, and calm when things get messy.
- Are Tik Tok-native and genuinely curious about how Shop mechanics drive conversion.
