Base pay range: $70.00/hr – $75.00/hr

Growing Beauty Brand is seeking a hands‑on Director-level leader to own and scale its social ecosystem. The ideal candidate lives and breathes Tik Tok and Instagram, understands how to grow and nurture engaged communities, and is equally fluent in creative experimentation and performance‑driven decision making.

• Own end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution, with a primary focus on Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Develop and manage an audience growth roadmap, including content pillars, posting cadence, and experimentation plans.
• Source, script, and produce content (short‑form video, static, UGC‑style, etc.) without reliance on a separate production team.
• Lead and mentor two direct reports (a manager and a coordinator) while fostering a high‑performance, test‑and‑learn culture.
• Use platform analytics and performance data to inform content decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on channel health and growth.
• Balance brand‑building creative thinking with tactical execution, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., marketing, creative, e‑commerce) to align social initiatives with broader brand and business goals.
• Continuously refine social best practices and stay ahead of emerging formats, platform updates, and algorithm shifts.

• Proven, expert‑level experience driving growth on Tik Tok and Instagram for a consumer‑focused brand.
• Demonstrated ability to both design social strategy and personally execute content production.
• Comfortable working with data and metrics to guide decisions, measure performance, and communicate impact.
• Experience leading and developing a small team.
• Background in beauty or adjacent consumer categories is a plus, but not required.
• Thrives in a role that is simultaneously strategic, creative, and highly tactical.
