What You’ll Do- Oversee and help approve social media content and posts across X, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Tik Tok, Rumble, and podcasts
- Lead the execution of a results‑driven social media strategy with a focus on video views, subscriber growth, web traffic, app downloads, and donations
- Create, optimize, and manage daily content that leverages breaking news and trending topics
- Ensure all content aligns with our mission, values, and brand voice
- Track, analyze, and optimize reporting on key performance metrics to drive strategy decisions
- Elevate our storytelling through high‑impact, timely campaigns
- Collaborate across teams to capture in‑the‑moment content that fuels engagement
- 8‑10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
- A deep understanding of social media strategy, audience growth, and content trends
- A track record of success on platforms like You Tube, X, Twitter, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram
- The ability to juggle multiple projects, plan ahead, and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional writing, communication, preparation, and organizational skills
- A passion for digital storytelling and the ability to turn insights into action
- A strong leader and team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, inspires collaboration, and knows how to rally a team toward success
- An analytical, problem‑solving mindset and strong discernment and tenacity

The salary target for this role is $130,000 – $170,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
