Responsibilities
- Own and manage the brand’s Instagram account(s), including content planning, creation, publishing, and daily operations.
- Develop high-performing Instagram content strategies across formats such as Reels, Stories, Feed posts, and Collaborations, aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Deeply understand and leverage Instagram platform rules, algorithms, and best practices to drive organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, etc.), analyze insights, and continuously optimize content strategy.
- Stay up to date with Instagram trends, viral formats, creator behaviors, and platform updates; quickly translate trends into brand-appropriate content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, marketing, and regional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and key moments.
- Manage relationships with creators or influencers when needed, including content briefing and collaboration execution.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, visual standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts, preferably for consumer brands, lifestyle brands, or content-driven businesses.
- Strong expertise in Instagram content creation, with a deep understanding of Reels mechanics, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual language.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram platform rules, algorithm logic, content distribution mechanisms, and community guidelines.
- Hands‑on mindset with strong execution ability; able to move fast in a highly dynamic content environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable content improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration ability.
- Familiarity with the US social media landscape and cultural context.
- Passion for social media, content, and digital culture; highly sensitive to trends and audience behavior.
