We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and ambitious Tik Tok Shop Livestream Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with leading global brands and collaborate closely with the Tik Tok platform. You will gain hands‑on experience and deep insights across all aspects of social media e‑commerce.
Key Responsibilities 1. Live Streaming Operations- Plan, manage, and execute Tik Tok livestream sessions with a strong focus on driving sales and maximizing audience engagement.
- Coordinate live schedules, scripts, and product placements in alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling livestream content strategies to increase viewer retention and conversion rates.
- Optimize storytelling, visuals, and host interactions to elevate the overall viewing experience.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training livestream hosts.
- Ensure hosts are well‑prepared, aligned with brand tone, and deliver engaging, on‑brand presentations.
- Monitor and moderate live streams in real‑time to ensure smooth execution, brand safety, and compliance with Tik Tok platform policies.
- Analyze key livestream performance metrics such as GMV, CTR, watch time, comments, and conversions.
- Deliver regular recap reports with actionable insights and suggestions for performance optimization.
- Act as the key contact for brand partners, aligning livestream content and KPIs with client goals.
- Maintain close communication with Tik Tok representatives to stay updated on platform tools, trends, and best practices.
- 1+ year of Tik Tok Shop Livestream
Experience:
Proven track record in hosting or managing successful Tik Tok Shop live streams. - Energetic Personality: Able to engage audiences, create a lively atmosphere, and demonstrate strong leadership to guide both livestream and host teams.
- Fluent in English: Professional‑level fluency in both spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills for business discussions and content collaboration.
- Experience in Fashion or Beauty & Personal Care Live streaming (Preferred): Hands‑on experience in operating or managing live streams in these categories is highly valued.
- Strong Understanding of Tik Tok Shop: Deep familiarity with Tik Tok’s live features, content ecosystem, and platform operations.
- Content Creation
Skills:
Ability to independently film, edit, and produce high‑quality short‑form videos for promotional and brand purposes. - Data‑Driven Mindset: Skilled at analyzing livestream performance data, identifying issues, and making informed strategic adjustments to optimize results.
- Adaptability and Initiative: A proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment, and can quickly adjust to platform updates or campaign shifts.
