Our client, a high-growth ad measurement platform, is seeking a VP / SVP of Marketing to lead its next phase of growth and category leadership.
Trusted by leading global brands, agencies, and media companies, this organization delivers identity-based measurement and AI-powered intelligence that connects consumer sentiment to real advertising performance. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a strategic, revenue-focused marketing executive to elevate brand positioning, accelerate pipeline, and build a best-in-class marketing engine.
The OpportunityThe “Head of” Marketing will partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive brand authority, integrated go-to-market strategy, and measurable revenue growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role for a modern marketing executive who understands the adtech / martech ecosystem and knows how to blend compelling storytelling with performance accountability. The ideal candidate has deep experience marketing to sophisticated enterprise marketing leaders and building full-funnel programs that directly impact pipeline, bookings, and long-term customer value.
The organization is particularly interested in leaders energized by AI’s role in transforming marketing strategy, operations, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Own the Growth Agenda- Drive full-funnel marketing programs that create awareness, accelerate demand, and expand customer lifetime value
- Directly influence pipeline creation, conversion rates, bookings, and net revenue retention
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align positioning, messaging, and customer experience
- Establish shared metrics and cross-functional accountability across GTM functions
- Oversee demand generation, product marketing, communications, brand, content, and events
- Translate differentiated storytelling into measurable pipeline impact
- Elevate thought leadership across advertising effectiveness and AI innovation
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools across marketing operations
- Leverage data and automation to optimize targeting, personalization, and performance
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization
- Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, speed, and experimentation
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and category leadership initiatives
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience
- 5+ years leading marketing teams within high-growth adtech or martech environments
- Proven track record scaling marketing organizations to drive pipeline and ARR growth
- Deep experience marketing to enterprise customers in complex B2B ecosystems
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and GTM execution
- Demonstrated experience implementing and scaling AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions, product-led growth, and/or partner ecosystems
