ABOUTTHE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to play a critical role in scaling Green SM across US local markets, owning growth strategy across both sides of our marketplace: riders (demand) and drivers (supply).
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine performance marketing, experimentation, creative strategy, and on-the-ground activations to drive measurable growth. You’ll work closely with leadership, local operations, and cross-functional teams to build and execute scalable growth engines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY- Lead growth marketing strategy and execution for local markets across both riders (demand) and drivers (supply).
- Plan, launch, and optimize direct response paid social & PPC campaigns across channels like Meta, Tiktok, X and Reddit, etc. with a focus on user acquisition
, activation
, and retention
. - Translate CPA/ROAS/CAC/LTV and funnel insights into clear creative hypotheses and multivariate tests.
- Develop creator briefs and execute UGC sourcing, direction, and edits to keep a steady pipeline of new ads
- Monitor and manage budgets across channels, reallocating spends based on performance to maximize ROI
- Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to building growth marketing capabilities across the organization.
- Plan and manage on-the-ground marketing activations, including driver onboarding events, rider acquisition campaigns, and participation in relevant US mobility trade shows and conferences.
- This is a high-impact role with strong visibility to leadership and a defined opportunity to progress into a Head of Growth position based on proven performance.
- 8+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
, with a strong track record driving user acquisition and retention for consumer apps or two-sided marketplaces (ride-hailing, delivery, fintech, mobility, or similar). - Hands-on expertise managing paid acquisition at scale across Meta, Tik Tok, and PPC channels, with demonstrated success optimizing CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV across complex funnels.
- Experience growing both sides of a marketplace
, including demand (riders/users) and supply (drivers/partners), ideally in local or geo-based markets. - Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
, with proven ability to translate funnel data and cohort insights into creative hypotheses, multivariate tests, and scalable growth strategies. - Hands-on experience with field and experiential marketing
, including planning and executing driver onboarding events, local rider acquisition activations, and representing the brand at relevant US mobility, tech, or transportation trade shows. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required).
