About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Campaign Strategy to join our growing influencer campaign team. This person will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing RFP responses, supporting sales strategy development, and ensuring that our brand sponsorship proposals align with client goals and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally between sales, campaign management, creator partnerships, and marketing. You’ll act as a critical team member to help shape the go-to-market strategy for brand sponsor ships across content categories and creator types, translating business objectives into actionable plans that drive performance. You will have management experience, as this is a team that over time will scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the RFP process end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to build compelling, data-driven proposals for influencer sponsorship opportunities.
  • Develop strategic, insights-based recommendations and casting that connect creator content with brand objectives, demonstrating expected ROI and performance outcomes.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leads to create sponsorship packages, rate cards, and sales collateral that reflect current market trends and platform capabilities.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and category benchmarks to inform future pitch strategies and optimizations.
  • Maintain a central repository of case studies, success metrics, and best practices to support proactive sales outreach and renewal conversations.
  • Collaborate with campaign management to ensure seamless post-sale execution and alignment between pre-sale and post-sale teams.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales planning/strategy, including multiple years within influencer marketing.
  • Experience building out and managing a team, acting as a player coach within a scaling business.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem, including social platforms, creator tiers, and performance metrics (ROAS, EMV, CPA, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple RFPs and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Sheets, and experience using CRM or proposal management tools.

Headquartered in Santa Monica, the company operates sites and business services in the US, UK, EMEA and APAC. We offer top benefits including flexible time off, paid holidays, competitive comp, team events and more!
