Location: Hybrid role based in our Hollywood office. Onsite time will vary depending on collaboration needs.
Position Type: The role will start as a contract position with the intent to convert to a fulltime role based on performance and as brands launch
Responsibilities- Build brand stories and DNA from scratch by developing a narrative that drives awareness, credibility, and lasting brand love
- Lead social end-to-end across Instagram, Tik Tok, and wherever the audience is through content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking while overseeing creative production (inhouse or with agencies) and maintaining high quality and consistency
- Build influencer and creator programs by finding the right voices, managing relationships, and driving authentic engagement across all tiers
- Run integrated campaigns across social, email, SMS, and web by making sure everything feels cohesive and on brand
- Partner closely with founders, designers, creators, and external teams to bring launches to life
- Use data to get better by analyzing what's working, testing new ideas, and constantly improving
- Led or supported the launch of a direct to consumer brand from the ground up (inhouse or agency support)
- Understand social and creator culture and what’s emerging on Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Reddit
- Strong taste and can turn strategy into content worth sharing
- Strategic but also execute on the details

- Thrive in fast, scrappy, zero to one environments
- 5+ years in brand marketing, social, or content at a DTC, consumer, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- Deep platform fluency and an intuitive sense of what performs and why
- Excellent writing with an ear for voice and storytelling
- Strong visual taste that aligns with premium consumer brands
- Experience with email/SMS platforms like Klaviyo is a plus
- Shopify or ecommerce experience is a plus
- Real ownership from day one, you'll shape how brands are built and launched
