- Write engaging, high-performing copy across sales, marketing, digital, and guest communication channels
- Partner with marketing designers to develop cohesive marketing assets and scalable templates
- Ensure all copy is insight-driven, data-informed, and aligned with LA28 brand standards
- Maintain a deep understanding of audience segments to inform tone, message, and positioning
- Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Guest Communications, and Experience Design teams
- Stay current on cultural trends, industry topics, and audience-relevant issues
- Build and maintain a thorough understanding of IOC/LA28 legal and compliance guidelines
- Translate creative concepts into clear, actionable messaging while preserving tone, meaning, and nuance
- Adapt and refine content quickly based on feedback, insights, and evolving project needs
- Ensure consistency of voice and messaging across all touchpoints, channels, and formats
- Minimum 5 years of professional copywriting experience
- Comfort with feedback, testing, iteration, and rapid content development
- Experience in both brand storytelling and performance-driven copywriting
- B2B and B2C experience crafting sales materials, marketing copy, and multi-channel campaigns
- Demonstrated expertise in email, digital marketing, and content best practices
$67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum$90,000 annually
