• Full‑Time
• Starting at $25/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance (Always‑on Marketing Tasks): develop and update Meta Ads ("New & Best" campaigns as needed) and seasonal promotions; manage Google Ads campaigns (4 audience groups monthly, seasonal promotions, search campaigns); create and update Tik Tok & You Tube video content (sales, new arrivals, best sellers).
  • Campaign‑Based Initiatives (New Concept/Product Launches): update website banners and adjust layouts; design and distribute e‑blasts and SMS campaigns (launch day + one week post‑launch); produce creative assets for paid ads (Google/Meta Ads); edit and publish Tik Tok & You Tube video content for campaign promotion.
  • Tools & Platforms:
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Attentive, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD), Figma.
  • Workflow Management: execute campaign rollouts in sequence – website banners & e‑blasts/SMS, paid ads, second e‑blast one week after launch.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e‑commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
  • Experience designing for digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Mailchimp/Attentive.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Portfolio is required

Additional Preferred Skills
  • Video editing skills for Tik Tok, You Tube, and social media short‑form content.
  • Experience with campaign analytics and performance‑based creative optimization.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for website banner and layout adjustments.
