Job Description for Creator Campaign Coordinator role:

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to support and execute creator marketing campaigns from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, creators, and brand partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, on time, and meet deliverable expectations—even under tight timelines.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and communicates clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute creator campaigns on Tik Tok & Tik Tok Shop
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and tracking to ensure deadlines are met
  • Support creator outreach, onboarding, and communication throughout campaigns
  • Act as a key point of contact between brands, creators, and internal teams
  • Track creator submissions, revisions, and approvals
  • Ensure campaign requirements, briefs, and guidelines are clearly communicated and followed
  • Monitor campaign progress and maintain organized records, reports, and campaign documentation
  • Support post-campaign reporting and payments
Who We’re Looking For
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with external partners (brands, creators, agencies)
  • Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with influencer/creator marketing is a strong plus
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 0–2 years of experience in campaign coordination, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Lark, spreadsheets, and project management tools
