This is a full-time, onsite role for Social Media & Content (Community Growth).

Compensation: $85,000 per annum bonus
You will help grow H15DE
N’s audience and brand by planning and executing content that makes people want to discover local spots. This role is hands-on and creative, but also strategy-led and data-driven. You will work closely with the team to shape the content direction, build weekly plans, test ideas, and improve performance over time.
- Own H15DE
N’s social content across Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms - Assist in strategy by proposing content angles, series ideas, hooks, and growth experiments
- Build weekly and monthly content plans, including posting schedules and themes
- Create content end-to-end: ideation, scripting, filming/sourcing clips, editing, captions, and posting
- Engage with the community daily (comments, DMs, feedback loops) to strengthen loyalty and trust
- Track performance (views, saves, shares, retention) and turn insights into improvements
- Support influencer outreach and creator collaborations to drive awareness and downloads
- Keep the brand voice consistent, clear, and community-focused across all posts
- Strong understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram growth, and what makes content perform
- Comfortable creating short-form video content (Cap Cut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Confident writing captions and hooks with a natural, authentic tone
- Organised and reliable with planning and execution (content calendar, weekly deliverables)
- Analytical mindset: can review results and adjust content based on what works
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Interest in local food, culture, and supporting independent businesses is a big plus
- 0–2 years experience in social media, content, marketing, or a related area (portfolio preferred, not required)
