We are looking for a highly specialized background that includes:

• Experience: 10+ years in public/stakeholder communications, ideally for infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, the ability to translate technical jargon for general audiences, and a knack for managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

In this hands‑on role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical projects and the community, ensuring transparency and building trust through every phase of design and construction:

• Lead Strategy: Develop and manage communication strategies to maintain consistent messaging across the TDIP program.
• Create Content: Draft everything from press releases and FAQs to high‑impact PowerPoint presentations and social media graphics.
• Engage Stakeholders: Coordinate media events, press tours, and community outreach while managing public inquiries and concerns.
• Digital Management: Maintain project web content and utilize email marketing platforms to keep the public informed.
