We’re seeking a full-time Senior Affiliate Lead (Tik Tok Shop, Hair Category) (official title: Marketing Supervisor) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. In this role, you will drive growth for the rapidly expanding SHEGLAM Hair category on Tik Tok Shop by recruiting and managing hair influencers, building strategic partnerships, and scaling GMV.

• Actively recruit influencers to drive GMV for SHEGLAM Hair’s Tik Tok Shop
• Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key influencers
• Plan and execute affiliate influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, and budget management
• Track and analyze performance data and optimize strategies based on results
• Collaborate with internal teams and creators to co-develop high-performing content tailored for Tik Tok Shop
• Plan and execute influencer events to strengthen relationships and increase brand awareness
• Maintain an up-to-date influencer database with accurate partnership records

• 2+ years of Tik Tok Shop affiliate/influencer marketing experience (brand or agency)
• Associate’s degree or above
• Existing connections with Tik Tok Shop influencers preferred
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok Shop’s influencer and affiliate ecosystem
• Data-driven with the ability to link performance metrics to strategy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $95,000 USD
