Role Summary:
The Brand & Marketing Lead drives Uneek’s integrated marketing plan, translating product and brand strategy into channel‑specific execution that fuels growth, elevates the luxury brand, and supports retail partners. This role owns the marketing calendar, oversees social media strategy and partner agencies, manages external creative and freelance resources, and orchestrates the Associates to deliver on‑time, on‑brand campaigns. The Lead partners closely with the Director for direction, approvals, and performance steering
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual and seasonal marketing calendar across wholesale and future DTC; align to product and brand strategy.
- Translate launches into integrated go‑to‑market plans (campaigns, assets, channels, timelines, KPIs).
- Develop channel plans for newsletters/email and outreach; brief content and creative needs.
Social Media Management & Marketing:
- Lead social media direction and oversight in partnership with the external social media agency — setting priorities, guiding storytelling, aligning content to brand standards, and approving monthly content plans and briefs.
- Manage external social partners, creators, and freelancers — ensuring deliverables meet Uneek’s luxury aesthetic, deadlines, and campaign requirements; serve as the primary liaison for social strategy, content needs, and performance feedback.
- Primary relationship owner for agencies and partners (social, PR, media, creative vendors); align scope, timelines, and quality.
- Negotiate scopes and manage contracts with Director/Accounting.
- Lead weekly stand‑ups, assign tasks, and unblock the team; maintain a single source of truth for priorities/deadlines.
- Issue clear briefs and pre‑approve creative/channel plans before Director review.
- Coach Associates on luxury brand standards, craft excellence, and process discipline.
- Coordinate with Sales, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure launch readiness (assets, education tools, displays, trade show support).
- Ensure retailer programs and co‑op executions align with Uneek’s brand standards.
Governance & QA:
- Uphold brand guidelines and elevate creative quality across touchpoints.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and email best practices.
Success Metrics:
- On‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery of campaign assets and launches.
- Budget adherence (±5% vs. plan).
- Email performance and list growth.
- Retailer adoption of assets and co‑op utilization.
- Internal satisfaction (Sales/Leadership) with campaign quality and impact.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years in integrated marketing (luxury/premium preferred) with team leadership experience (can include interns).
- Ownership of calendars, budgets, and multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong project leadership, and vendor/agency management.
- Hands‑on with ESP/CMS and reporting practices.
- Luxury and fine jewelry experience (bonus for experience working with a jewelry wholesaler)
