The Integrated Sr. Strategist is responsible for the fluidity and efficient execution of all account maintenance tasks in coordination with the Supervisor. The role ensures timely communication of campaign and administrative items, activates digital media through the integrated strategy function, and oversees delivery of media plans, creative elements, and client presentations.

• 30% – Strategic Planning: develop media plans, analyze budgetary data, maintain buy implementation, and use Horizon’s planning tools (Nielsen, Comscore, eMarketer, Forrester).
• 20% – Client Relations: manage client status reports, identify issues, and foster open communication with clients and media partners.
• 25% – Stewardship: guide development and education of junior team members, perform quality assurance of tracking functionality, and maintain plan records.
• 25% – Media Activation: lead brainstorms, monitor media landscape trends, create media documents (RFPs, media plans, strategy decks), coordinate social media activation across platforms, and execute campaign post‑launch documentation.

• Minimum 2‑3 years of media planning experience with multiple media channels.
• Solid understanding of media math, terminology, and analytical tools (MRI, Nielsen, Scarborough).
• Proficiency with digital campaign set up and trafficking in Prisma, SBMS, DCM, Innovid, DV.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a problem‑solving mentality.
• Professional demeanor and strong client relationship management experience.
• Experience developing and presenting plan presentations.

$64,350.00 – $80,000.00
