About the RoleThis role will lead the overall marketing vision and execution for a portfolio of premium alcoholic beverage brands in the U.S. market. The executive will be responsible for setting brand strategy, driving consumer engagement, and supporting commercial growth through integrated marketing initiatives. The position partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, playing a central role in shaping how brands show up in the market and connect with consumers.
ResponsibilitiesBrand Architecture & Strategy
- Define and evolve overarching brand positioning across multiple brands and categories
- Ensure brand expression aligns with long-term business objectives and premium positioning
- Develop and activate multi-channel marketing programs spanning digital, social, experiential, and traditional media
- Drive awareness, trial, and loyalty through cohesive storytelling and campaign execution
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product introductions, including messaging, positioning, and launch planning
- Partner with product and commercial teams to ensure market relevance and differentiation
- Shape end-to-end consumer touchpoints, including on-site, experiential, and hospitality-driven brand interactions
- Ensure consumer experiences reinforce brand values and premium credentials
- Oversee digital ecosystem including social platforms, creator partnerships, and e-commerce support
- Leverage modern marketing tools to reach and engage targeted audiences
- Use consumer insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics to inform strategy and optimize investment
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for brand and commercial teams
- Own marketing budget planning and stewardship in partnership with finance
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization with strong accountability and creative rigor
- Align closely with sales, distribution, operations, and leadership to support commercialization priorities
- Ensure marketing efforts directly enable revenue growth and market expansion
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Strong preference for backgrounds in spirits, beverage alcohol, luxury, or premium consumer brands
- Demonstrated success building and scaling brands in competitive markets
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer-led growth
- Proven ability to lead teams, agencies, and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset paired with creative leadership
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in luxury or premium consumer brands
