Chief of Staff

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to support the Executive Marketing and Creative leadership team, or client who is an apparel powerhouse known for expanding their reach in wholesale, retail, and private label markets. This is a pivotal role for the company as they grow, you’ll act as the primary connection point between senior marketing, creative, and operations teams, guiding initiatives that shape brand identity, campaign strategy, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has a proven ability to keep complex projects on track while maintaining brand integrity.

• Partner with executive leadership to oversee marketing campaigns, brand launches, and corporate initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Manage creative workflows, review cycles, and approvals to maintain high standards and consistent brand alignment.
• Facilitate senior-level meetings: set agendas, prepare reports, and ensure accountability for next steps.
• Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep priorities moving.
• Develop and refine internal processes that improve communication, creative collaboration, and productivity.
• Prepare professional-grade presentations and internal communications for senior stakeholders.

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing operations or project management within the apparel, lifestyle, or consumer goods space.
• Background in multi-brand environments, retail wholesale, or creative agency settings.
• Proven experience working with Creative Services teams on assets such as product imagery, packaging, and digital content.
• Expertise using Enterprises systems (or similar systems), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• A strong understanding of GenAI and emerging creative technologies.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and emotional intelligence you excel at connecting people and processes.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a bias for action.
