Summary
The Coordinator, Activation supports the execution of marketing activation plans for one of MGA Entertainment’s Brand Pillars (Dolls, Preschool, Action & Entertainment, or Miniverse). This role helps manage the day‑to‑day operations of campaigns across media, social, influencer, experiential, and general activation needs—ensuring work is delivered on time, on strategy, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Project Coordination- Support the execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns from brief through launch.
- Manage timelines, meeting agendas, status trackers, and workflow coordination across teams.
- Track deliverables and ensure all assets and campaign elements meet timing and quality expectations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date campaign calendars, asset trackers, and launch documentation.
- Manage and track purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoice processing.
- Maintain real‑time budget trackers across campaign lines to ensure accurate pacing.
- Partner with Finance on accruals, reconciliations, and monthly review cycles.
- Route creative assets for review and manage version control and approvals.
- Organize final assets and toolkits for internal and international partners.
- Communicate asset needs, timing, and priorities to Creative and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with media partners on asset trafficking, timelines, and reporting needs.
- Support social channel planning, calendar management, and light content creation (e.g., simple edits, short‑form assets, copy drafting).
- Assist with influencer program logistics including product seeding, contract routing, deliverable tracking, and usage rights organization.
- Compile performance data across media, social, and influencer channels for reporting.
- Assist with logistics and execution of brand experiences, stunts, trade shows, and live events.
- Coordinate asset needs, vendor communication, and on‑site support where necessary.
- Help compile weekly, monthly, and post‑campaign recaps.
- Pull metrics from agencies, platforms, and internal partners to support optimization recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, production, media operations, or digital marketing (internships included).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting, POs, invoices, or financial tracking.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, ).
$24.00 - $30.00 /hourly
