Manufacturing Technicians

We are Offbeast, a Baltimore-based company that makes plant-based meat. We are seeking a Production Technician to help us make our products. The job requires standing for 6+ hrs and lifting 40-50 lb loads regularly. The job requires operating food processing machinery, batching ingredients, and doing dishes/cleaning the workspace. We're a small team and everyone is expected to be able to work on any part of the line.

We prioritize people who work well with others, show up reliably, pay attention to details, and can follow written instructions.

• Make food in a sanitary, safe, and efficient manner
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Assemble, operate, disassemble, and clean food processing machinery
• Work well with others
• Be able to work independently with little oversight
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Clean dishes and clean/sanitize production space on a daily basis

• Experience working in food production or food service
• Reliable transportation to our facility
• Ability to work effectively in an assembly line environment, demonstrating attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety protocols
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
• Able to work occasional weekends and evenings when required
