Food Machine Operator

Overview

Are you a hardworking and detail-oriented individual looking for a role in a fast-paced production environment? Join our team! The role involves cleaning and sanitizing machinery, equipment, and tools used in the manufacturing of food products according to applicable standards.

• Clean and sanitize machinery, equipment, and tools after production runs to meet food cleanliness standards.
• Clean up spills, including those with potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
• Pick up and remove trash from receptacles; sweep and mop the facility.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and cafeteria.
• Report any food safety or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Follow J&J Snack Food s Food Safety Plan (FSP), the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program, the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
• Follow all OSHA safety rules and all applicable food safety laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain commitment to quality and safety while following instructions.
