We are looking for a talented Production Assistant to join our team!

• Updating the data that is needed from the production department to our ERP system
• Create and follow up on the purchase order
• Generally providing administrative support to the production department
• Order the tickets and labels according to the buyer's guide
• Support the production team by assisting with purchase orders, vendor communication, and overall workflow coordination.
• Help prepare and maintain essential production documents, including approvals, comments, and tracking sheets.
• Review samples and materials to ensure accuracy, proper labeling, and readiness for next steps.
• Coordinate with designers and vendors to keep production timelines on track and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist with reviewing packing lists, shipment details, and production‑related discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and contribute to smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide support during fit sessions as needed and ensure accurate information is relayed to the team.

• Entry level of Apparel Production.
• Minimum 1 year experience in production assistant.
• Must be familiar with Excel.
• English is a must.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced work environment.

  8am-5pm with 1hr lunch and 2 break sections.
