We are looking for an experienced Electro‑mechanical Assembly Technician with attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality work to build our industrial processing equipment.
The person in this role will join our skilled technical staff and will be required to work on‑site Monday‑Thursday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This position is hands‑on, and requires a self‑starter with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities- Build high‑quality capital processing equipment, including sanitary plumbing, motorized fluid and vacuum pumps, temperature controllers, wiring harnesses with soldered or crimped connections, and electrical control panels.
- Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and electrical and piping schematics.
- Provide attention to detail and follow all Quality Control requirements so that all equipment that leaves the facility meets the high standards our customers expect.
- Follow SOPs to properly document manufacturing orders within the company's ERP system to ensure proper accounting for serialized and non‑serialized inventory usage.
- Keep the work area clean and tools and supplies organized.
- Ensure work is done safely and follows all OSHA and other safety standards.
- Create, follow and help maintain Work Instructions (SOPs) related to assembly and build procedures.
- Use industrial tools including water‑jet cutter, saws, drills, wire strippers, soldering equipment, crimpers, grinders, plasma cutters, engraving tools, labeling tools, multimeters, and other basic hand tools.
- Work and coordinate with other team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Take on additional duties as needed by the team.
- High School diploma, associate’s degree, or trade school preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant work experience; panel building experience highly desired.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to collaborate and remain professional in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
