Adecco is partnering with a client to identify a Production Floor Manager to lead day‑to‑day production execution in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. This role owns the production floor, calendar management, team leadership, quality standards, and shipping readiness. The right candidate is a hands‑on leader who can keep multiple projects moving from kickoff through pack‑out, while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient facility.

• Own production calendars, timelines, and daily priorities to keep work moving from start to ship.
• Lead production meetings and coordinate updates across active projects.
• Ensure orders are produced accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Oversee packing operations and apply the correct packing methods for a wide range of product types.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a production team including permanent and temporary staff.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and day‑to‑day direction to maintain output and quality.
• Build and manage staffing schedules, including weekend crews when required by demand.

• Ensure finished goods meet internal standards and customer expectations.
• Implement and maintain quality control checkpoints across the production workflow.
• Identify quality issues early, correct root causes, and prevent rework or missed ship dates.

• Maintain strong communication and follow‑through with project managers, coordinators, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoffs, priorities, and changes to ensure smooth execution across departments.
• Support broader operational needs as projects and timelines shift.

• Order, track, and maintain production supplies to avoid shortages or downtime.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and production environment, including tools, workstations, and stored materials.
• Oversee shipping operations including Ship Station workflows, carrier coordination, logistics, and returns management.
• Apply value engineering principles to improve materials usage, streamline processes, and increase throughput.

• 3 to 5 years of production management or related leadership experience in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast‑paced operation, including temporary labor management.
• Strong working knowledge of shipping procedures, logistics, and packing best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort operating within shipping systems such as Ship Station or similar platforms.
• High level of organization, urgency, and attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a practical approach to removing production bottlenecks.
• Clear communicator who drives follow‑through across production and internal stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset, including process refinement and value engineering.
