Established in 1994, Electronic Source Company (ESC) provides quick response electronic manufacturing services utilizing world‑class manufacturing equipment, practices, and technology. The printed circuit board assemblies ESC builds go into end products ranging from fiber optic transmitters and transceivers to missile guidance and satellite systems. The SMT Operator sets up, operates, and adjusts SMT equipment to assemble high‑reliability PCBA while adhering to quality standards, supporting fast‑paced quick‑turn production, and contributing to team collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

The solderer performs precision hand soldering and assembly of PCBA in compliance with industry standards and company procedures while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

The Test Supervisor oversees PCBA functional testing by managing test activities, troubleshooting failures, ensuring proper rework, and providing technical leadership and clear communication to maintain quality and performance.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Clear English communication skills (reading, writing, and/or speaking)
• Knowledge of and compliance with IPC workmanship standards (e.g., IPC‑A‑610, J‑STD‑001)
• Adherence to quality systems, work instructions, and company standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑reliability workmanship
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Support for quick‑turn production and changing workflow priorities
• Work overtime as required to meet production demands and deadlines
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and consistently
• Collaboration and teamwork across cross‑functional manufacturing teams
