Salary $125,000 - $150,000 per year

• Lead, hire, develop, and supervise the maintenance team
• Manage department budgeting, including labor, parts, outside services, and repair cost centers
• Ensure all production equipment, building systems, and grounds remain operational
• Support mechanics with advanced machine troubleshooting
• Drive downtime reduction using breakdown analysis and continuous improvement tools
• Champion EHS initiatives, shop inspections, and LOTO/OSHA compliance
• Maintain a culture of safety, reliability, and technical advancement

• Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years related experience and 4+ years supervisory experience OR HS Diploma/Tech School + 8+ years specific experience and 5+ years management experience
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or production environments
• Strong background in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, and mechanical/electrical systems
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve uptime through data-driven problem solving
• Strong knowledge of EHS, OSHA, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures
