We are partnering with a well‑established, growing custom flavor and ingredient manufacturer to hire a Strategic Sourcing / Procurement Manager focused on raw materials for food applications.

This role works closely with Operations, R&D, and Production and plays a key role in keeping materials flowing in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.

• Own sourcing for raw materials used in flavors and ingredients.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and agreements.
• Support production and innovation teams.
• Use MRP or ERP systems to forecast demand, manage inventory, and stay ahead of market changes that could impact supply.

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in flavors, ingredients, or food manufacturing.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and collaborating across teams.
• Hands‑on work with real ownership and onsite onboarding.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment.
