Schedule: This is a 3–4 x10 rotating shift alternating Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday

  - Wed 1st shift (5am - 4:30pm)
• (1) Sun-Wed 2nd shift (4pm - 3:30am)
• (1) Wed-Sat 1st shift (5am - 4:30pm)
• (1) Wed-Sat 2nd shift (4pm - 3:30am)

The Additive Manufacturing Technician position is to support the production of high-quality, precision components through FOD-free operations, including additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment. This role ensures that Additive Manufacturing operations run efficiently; parts meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications while meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

• The AM Technician plays a vital role in the daily execution of additive manufacturing (AM) operations and is expected to exemplify core values and operational excellence.
• Maintain quality and efficiency throughout production, working with leads, supervisors, and management to meet operational goals and continuously improve processes.

• Proficiency with computer software
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and mentor peers
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and dependable
• Professional conduct and respect
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Additive Manufacturing or Manufacturing
• Experience in aerospace or automotive AM environments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
• Experience with highly technical equipment such as lasers, MRI’s, EDM’s, robotics, CNCs, and CMMs

• Frequent standing, kneeling, walking, climbing, and machine operation in a factory setting
• A supportive and innovative team environment
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and perform hands-on physical tasks safely

• Technician/ T01: $21.00 - $31.00
