• Operate large sanders/grinder machines for polishing
• Work with large scale polishers
• Work in loud area
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Discern quality of parts and materials
• Follow company procedures and directives.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

• High school diploma/GED
• Construction background experience a plus

• Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
• Ability to follow directions accurately
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Overtime Available
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
