We’re partnering with a growing, industry‑leading food manufacturer that’s been a staple in the market for nearly 75 years. The role is to lead food safety systems, labeling accuracy, customer compliance documentation, and cross‑functional audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities- Own and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, BRC, USDA)
- Oversee labeling compliance and regulatory submissions
- Coordinate customer quality documentation and responses
- Use Redzone, Smart Sheets, or Tableau for quality metrics and reporting
- Train and support QA team members on quality systems
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and executive leadership
- Experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory affairs in a USDA environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a tech‑forward approach
- Ability to handle multiple projects, customer compliance forms, and labeling reviews
- Comfortable being the point person on audits and inspections
- Passionate about continuous improvement and quality systems
