• Assists with overseeing policies, procedures, and processes designed to minimize costs and maximize production.
• Manages production control and methods, maintenance, cost accounting, supply/logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and other tasks associated with plant management.
• Ensures that plant operations comply with the appropriate safety standards and regulations.
• Prepares and maintains plant budgets.
• Drafts reports regarding plant operations and maintenance.
• Ensures that organizational production expectations are met.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
• Performs complex tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of other employees.
• Has full authority for personnel decisions and may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
• Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience.
