Brand Operations Project Manager

We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Brand Operations Project Manager. This is a hybrid role in Los Angeles. Contract for 3 mos- could extend.

• Oversee and refine workflows within the creative studio, ensuring high efficiency and seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with creative leads to define project scopes, timelines, and budgets, allocating resources effectively.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, maintaining alignment with creative and business objectives.
• Monitor project health proactively, addressing risks and implementing contingency plans to keep initiatives on track.
• Maintain transparent project statuses and reporting, ensuring timely approval and stakeholder communication.

• At least 10 years of experience managing creative operations and leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and full lifecycle execution.
• Strong knowledge of creative disciplines, including brand design and experiential environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate with vendors.
• Technical proficiency in Airtable, Miro, Figma, and Google Workspace, with familiarity in creative tools and 3D formats a plus.
