Job Summary: The Senior Director of Quality is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for establishing, scaling, and continuously improving Morphe’s global Quality Management System. This role ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and performance across the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development through manufacturing, distribution, and post-market surveillance. The Senior Director of Quality will partner closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to enable speed-to-market while protecting the consumer and the brand.

• Quality Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute Morphe’s global quality vision and long-term quality strategy aligned with business growth and brand values.
• Quality Systems & Governance: Own and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, change control, deviation management, CAPAs, complaints, and audits.
• Product Quality & Safety: Oversee product quality throughout development, scale-up, and commercialization, ensuring adherence to specifications and claims.
• Supplier & Manufacturing Quality: Own supplier qualification, onboarding, and ongoing performance management for global contract manufacturers and vendors.
• Regulatory & Compliance Partnership: Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance with U.S. FDA, EU, UK, Canada, and other global cosmetic regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development and Innovation to enable fast, compliant launches without compromising quality; support Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams with quality insights and issue resolution; represent Quality in executive forums and cross-functional decision-making.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or consumer packaged goods; prior experience at the director or senior director level in a high-growth, brand-driven environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cosmetic quality systems, GMPs, and global regulatory requirements; strong experience with contract manufacturing and global supplier networks; proven track record managing product quality at scale and across multiple regions.
