We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee multi-concept restaurant portfolios in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex operations across full-service restaurants, QSR, nightlife, and non-traditional venues
. This role requires a leader who combines execution rigor with strong people development skills, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team growth across all locations.
The VP of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to develop operational strategies, optimize performance, and build high-performing teams aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple concepts including full-service, QSR, nightlife, and non-traditional venues.
- Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to drive efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Lead operational audits, quality assessments, and ongoing process improvements.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire regional and district leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and high engagement.
- Identify talent gaps and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen management bench across concepts.
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, including new openings, expansions, and non-traditional venue initiatives.
- Oversee capital projects, remodels, and operational rollouts.
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
- Monitor revenue, labor, food cost, and other financial metrics to optimize profitability.
- Provide actionable insights to drive continuous operational and financial improvement.
- Partner with marketing, culinary, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless execution across all locations.
- Act as a key liaison between field operations and corporate leadership to drive organizational alignment.
- 10+ years of progressive multi-unit operations experience
, including leadership in full-service, QSR, nightlife, or non-traditional venues. - Demonstrated success in managing complex portfolios with operational rigor.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Exceptional financial acumen and operational analytics capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
