Role Overview
The Project Manager, Product Commercialization & Go-To-Market is responsible for driving products from vendor onboarding through full commercialization in a fast-moving, contract manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of Product Development, Operations, and Marketing, with a strong bias toward action, speed, and execution.
Approximately 70% of the role is focused on product development and commercialization, with the remaining scope supporting go-to-market planning, campaign project management, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, manages dynamic timelines with confidence, and operates with a true startup mentality.
This role works closely with the VP of Product Development, is deeply embedded in Asana, and requires strong managing-up skills.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Commercialization
- Own end-to-end commercialization of products from vendor onboarding through launch
- Lead contract manufacturing setup, including system onboarding, NDAs, and process integration
- Bring in new vendors and manage them through development, production, warehousing, and launch
- Partner closely with CM and warehouse teams to ensure readiness and seamless handoff
- Manage highly dynamic timelines across multiple programs with shifting priorities.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Serve as the central PM across Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing
- Maintain detailed project plans, dependencies, and milestones in Asana
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and trade-offs; drive solutions quickly
- Manage up with clear, succinct communication and decisive recommendations
Go-To-Market & Marketing Support
- Partner with Marketing to support go-to-market planning and execution
- Act as Campaign PM for product launches, ensuring alignment across teams
- Support social content planning and execution with a strong marketing lens
- Ensure product readiness aligns with launch calendars and marketing moments
Ways of Working

- Able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution seamlessly
- 6–10+ years of project or program management experience in beauty, consumer products, or adjacent categories
- Strong experience in product commercialization and contract manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving timelines with multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized, succinct communicator with strong executive presence
- Comfortable working on-site in Los Angeles
