Job Description & How to Apply Below

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead the events function as a true strategic growth engine for an established but rapidly evolving organization. As Director of Events & Experiential Strategy, you will transform events from a collection of executions into a scalable, data-driven platform for brand leadership, pipeline impact, and cultural influence.

This role sits at the intersection of vision and execution. You will serve as the bridge between company strategy and event outcomes—owning annual planning, budget stewardship, team leadership, and the creation of measurable impact across all programs. The environment is dynamic, highly visible, and nuanced, requiring executive presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex personalities while getting results.

What You’ll Own Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Build and lead the company’s first fully integrated events strategy, aligning programs to company objectives, brand positioning, and growth targets.
  • Act as the primary advisor to the COO and executive team on event investments, sponsor ships, experiential programs, and brand presence.
  • Translate organizational goals into high-impact experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue influence.
  • Lead all corporate, external, experiential, and industry events—ensuring brand consistency, design cohesion, and executive polish across every touchpoint.
  • Partner with internal creative and newly hired booth design resources to establish a cohesive, recognizable event presence across markets.
  • Build structure where none has existed—creating repeatable playbooks, standards, and scalable processes for a growing organization.
KPI & Performance Architecture
  • Design and implement the company’s first event performance framework, defining KPIs tied to pipeline, brand lift, engagement, and cultural impact.
  • Establish reporting rhythms that clearly show what worked, why it mattered, and how it fuels growth.
  • Move the organization from activity-based execution to outcome-based leadership in events.
Team, Culture & Influence
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing events team—providing hands‑on coaching, structure, and career development.
  • Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence.
  • Navigate complex dynamics with professionalism, diplomacy, and resilience—this role is for someone with strong executive presence.
Who You Are

You are a senior events leader who thrives in environments where structure is being built and impact is highly visible. You are equally comfortable setting strategy with executives and rolling up your sleeves to ensure all programs deliver flawlessly. You understand that events are not just moments—they are business levers.

You bring executive polish, strong judgment, and the ability to operate confidently in bold, high‑energy environments. You know how to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and build credibility with stakeholders at every level.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic event leadership, experiential marketing, or large‑scale program management.
  • Demonstrated success leading global or multi‑market event portfolios with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to manage complex budgets, forecast accurately, and optimize vendor ecosystems.
  • Experience building event strategies, KPI frameworks, and scalable operations from the ground up.
  • Strong people leadership—experienced in mentoring teams, managing agencies, and coaching high performers.
  • Comfort operating in high‑visibility, nuanced environments that require diplomacy, emotional intelligence, and decisiveness.
  • Experience in B2B, experiential, or brand‑driven events strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working in bold, high‑energy, adult‑oriented environments where presence and confidence matter.
