ISC is proud to partner with a highly regarded multi-family office in the search for a Portfolio Manager at the Vice President or Senior Vice President level. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused team that supports UHNW families with sophisticated portfolio management and planning strategies.
About the RoleAs a Portfolio Manager, you will oversee client portfolios and build trusted relationships with UHNW individuals and families. This role offers the autonomy to manage client accounts while contributing to the firm’s broader investment strategy and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client portfolios to achieve stated investment objectives.
- Make and execute investment decisions while maintaining target asset allocations.
- Conduct research on economic trends, asset classes, sectors, and companies.
- Contribute to internally managed strategies and asset allocation decisions.
- Actively engage in weekly and monthly investment team meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular meetings and communications.
- Present investment strategies to clients, prospects, and referral sources.
- Partner with Client Administrators to deliver seamless service.
- Support business development initiatives and firmwide growth goals.
- Minimum 10 years of client-facing portfolio management experience with UHNW families (not institutionally focused)
- Proven oversight of diversified global portfolios (equities, bonds, cash).
- Strong expertise in financial and economic research.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and relationship management.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Exceptional client service orientation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
