OpportunityAs part of the Acquisition Advisory team you will manage client service accounts and drive client engagement work streams, develop high‑quality deliverables, and lead teams to meet client expectations. You will apply strategic advice and business diligence to clients in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flows, and key transaction issues.
Skills- Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring success in planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
- Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same.
- Effectively mentor others.
- Use the review of work as opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
- Address conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
- Manage client service accounts and lead engagement work streams.
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to produce top‑quality deliverables.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in financial due diligence or related services.
- Active CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in good standing, MBA from an accredited university, or CFA credential.
- Broad knowledge in financial due diligence and transaction‑related services.
- Experience interviewing executive management at target companies.
- Ability to assess a target company’s quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
- Managing resolution of issues in technical accounting areas.
- Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust.
- Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
- Providing direction to less‑experienced staff and coaching with timely feedback.
