Overview
Sales Manager – Saber Foundation Repair
Compensation – $120,000–$135,000 base salary, plus annual bonus tied to profitability
Location – this is an on-site position and will work between the Los Angeles or Vista, CA locations at least 1-2 days a week and will typically be in the field the other 3 days.

As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the sales organization and ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable (LMA)
- Communicate and cascade the company vision with clarity and purpose
- Remove obstacles and create an environment where your team can succeed
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members
- Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and ongoing sales training
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable
- Manage performance, conduct reviews, and partner with HR on performance-related decisions
- Create development opportunities that support long-term career growth
Sales Performance & Strategy
- Meet and exceed company sales goals and key performance indicators
- Coach and develop individual sales representatives to maximize performance
- Use performance data to identify training needs and drive results
The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong sales background and a passion for customer experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales and/or sales management experience, or equivalent proven success
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles
- Construction industry experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard business software
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Physically able to perform light lifting as required
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
