Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to join our successful property management team. The Community Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned Homeowner Associations (HOA). Your goals include collaborating with the Board of Directors to maintain properties, ensure compliance with Civil Code and Governing Documents, and foster harmonious relationships and peaceful living for residents. Responsibilities:

• Work effectively with Board Members
• Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned
• Attend Board Meetings (Zoom)
• Ensure compliance with Civil Code and Governing Documents
• Delegate tasks to relevant departments
• Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance

Qualifications:

• Certified Community Association Manager designation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with property management software
• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience managing HOAs preferred
• Understanding of CID Law is a plus
