As our Inspector, your keen eye for detail and proactive approach to quality control will ensure that every unit we oversee meets the highest standards. From routine inspections to working with housing inspectors, your efforts will protect our reputation for excellence.

As the Inspector, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our properties meet stringent quality and safety standards. You’ll be the go-to expert for routine inspections, tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with various housing programs. Your impact will be felt throughout our entire portfolio.

• Conduct regular inspections for properties and vacant units
• Manage semi-annual, Systematic Code Enforcement Program (SCEP), Section-8, and other required inspections.
• Coordinate with city housing inspectors, tenants, and in-house teams to ensure seamless access and inspection scheduling.
• Utilize property management software like App Folio to keep our inspection calendar accurate and up-to-date.

• You have experience in property inspections and construction quality control, with a solid understanding of building codes and construction management practices.
• You’re tech-savvy, with experience using property management software like App Folio and Dropbox.
• You’re an effective communicator, able to interact confidently with tenants, city inspectors, clients, and colleagues.
• You have a strong attention to detail, ensuring that every inspection meets high standards for quality and accuracy.

• You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple inspections while keeping everything organized.
• You’re familiar with city inspections, such as SCEP or Section-8, and can confidently manage these processes.
• You’ve got experience using time-keeping software like Quick Books Time for efficient reporting.
• Ability to speak Spanish fluently, which would help in serving our diverse tenant base.
