Floating Assistant Community Manager

This is a full-time role that floats throughout the exciting portfolio as an Assistant Community Manager at one of our 26 multi-family residential communities located in Southern CA.

• Proficiency in property management protocols, lease agreements, and tenant relations.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to address resident concerns effectively.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with property management software and basic financial reporting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and resident interaction.
• Experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or relevant education is advantageous.
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Southern CA and maintain a professional demeanor.
