Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities- Manage resident relations effectively
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes
- Post notices as necessary
- Ensure timely and proper unit turnover
- Experience in residential multi-family property management for a minimum of 3 years
- Proficiency in Yardi software is required
- Possession of a valid driver s license and a car is necessary
- Experience in property management is preferred
- Bilingual skills are preferred
- Medical benefits begin after 30 days, with employer contributions of $450
- PTO accrues from day one
- Five days of paid sick leave
