This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA for a Chief Operations Officer (COO). The COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, execute strategic business plans, manage budgeting and financial planning, and ensure alignment with the organization’s core values and goals. This role requires driving organizational efficiency, streamlining processes, resource allocation, and collaborating with leadership to achieve sustainable growth.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proven experience in financial oversight, including Budgeting and Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities
• Experience in strategic planning and organizational development
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
