- Balance multiple projects and teams simultaneously, setting priorities and maintaining momentum without compromising quality.
- Act as the senior creative voice in client engagements, presenting work clearly and confidently with strong strategic rationale.
- Build trust with client partners by guiding them through creative decisions, managing feedback, and advocating for the best possible work.
- Ensure creative feedback is distilled clearly for teams and aligned with project goals and constraints.
- Contribute to Legion’s creative POV through pitch work, case studies, and ongoing thought leadership.
- Partner closely with Production and Operations to ensure creative work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the expected level of quality.
- Maintain clear communication with department leads, providing regular updates on project status, team health, risks, and resourcing needs.
- Support scalable workflows and processes that allow the creative team to grow without sacrificing excellence.
- Lead creative development for new business pitches, helping position Legion as a best-in-class creative partner.
